General Etiquette
- Please treat staff and fellow customers with respect.
- Supervise children at all times.
- Use headphones for personal audio or video devices.
- Dispose of trash properly — keep our spaces clean.
Machine Use
- Do not overload washers or dryers.
- Remove your laundry promptly after each cycle.
- Report any machine issues to staff immediately.
Prohibited Items
- No rugs, heavily soiled items, or oily/flammable materials.
- Do not wash items with pet hair or excessive fur.
Safety & Conduct
- No smoking, vaping, or use of illegal substances inside or outside the store.
- Footwear is required at all times.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone acting aggressively or disrespectfully.
